In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are published below:
2. What You Can Raise
You may file a grievance regarding content on a published Profile that you believe is false, defamatory, or violates your rights; misuse of the Contact Request facility; a privacy or data protection concern; or any other complaint about the conduct of the Platform or its content.
3. How We Handle Your Complaint
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours, and resolve it within 15 days of receipt, except for complaints involving content that exposes a person in a sexual or obscene manner or invades their bodily privacy, which will be actioned within 24 hours of a valid complaint, as required by law. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may pursue other remedies available under Indian law, including approaching the appropriate consumer forum or court.
4. Submitting a Complaint
Complaints may be submitted by email to the Grievance Officer above, including your name, contact details, a description of the issue, and, where applicable, a link to the relevant Profile or content.
