Deepak Menon completed his B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Calicut in 2019 and joined Flipkart's supply chain technology team as a software engineer. In five years he has grown to Senior Software Engineer, leading backend development on the fulfilment systems that process more than 10 million transactions per day during peak sale events.

He has designed and shipped three distributed systems components — a retry orchestration framework, a real-time inventory reconciliation service, and a carrier allocation engine — that are now part of Flipkart's core logistics infrastructure. He is an active contributor to Apache Kafka's documentation.
